Shipping Policy

General Information All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping within the Netherlands We ship all orders via PostNL. Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping within the EU We deliver to all EU countries via PostNL. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Western Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, etc.): 2–3 business days
- Eastern Europe: 4–5 business days
Shipping outside the EU For orders outside the EU, delivery takes approximately 5–14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package in real time.
Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be affected by peak periods, weather conditions, or customs delays. ARSH. is not responsible for delays caused by PostNL or customs authorities.
